Those that donot have the engine capabilities to pass through the more Mystical Q-Dex Zones find themselves able to pass through, if a bit slowly. Those that never have any pproblems, find that their normal travel time is halved. All systems are working, but it is taking up much energy and are slugish at best. All sensors' range are also halved at best. Its very much like trying to find one's way through a thick fog.
As you travel through this Essence-filled strata, your sensors pick up some un-known life-forms to your Starboard side, and a huge astriod field dead ahead. Your going is slow enough without some very strange obstacles to present any problems. Neither are presenting any threat, nor seem to be moving much at all. The only big problem is the astriod field in your path.
